Key Fob Returns
Key fobs are fully refundable upon return. Please ensure the key fob is returned in good condition to receive a complete refund.

Consulting Services
Consulting sessions are billed at $150 per hour.
If a session is shortened to 30 minutes, a refund of $75 will be issued accordingly.

Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Late cancellations may not qualify for a refund.

Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Memberships renew automatically each year. To avoid future charges, please ensure cancellation is completed before the renewal date.
